I was directly involved with almost every aspect of this business.  We had great success with promotions like "Free Delivery" and discount coupons.  Everyone loved the unique and healthy selection of food.  Our success was later trumped by large corporate franchises like California Pizza Kitchen.

Some of our lessor-known innovations included:  Pizza Free-Styling, Monster Pies, and Monster Beach-Ball.

Specific Duties:

  • Lighting Design
  • Tile Design
  • Furniture and Decoration

I was contacted during the early phase of the business to provide uniforms for the staff.  As the project continued, my services were invaluable in the following areas:  interior design, interior layout, tile design, lighting design, upholstery design, promotional design, in-store displays, computerization, store operation, financial statements, staff management, and ultimately daily operation.

Style 1 Apocalypse (orange)

This look for my site is my personal favorite.  It suits my personality pretty well, ...during work hours.  (X)

Style #2

Style 2 Stones (burgundy)

Have a nice glass of wine someplace historic.  There's nothing better on a nice sunny day.  (X)

Style #3

Style 3 Diamond Plate (slate)

Tough & Reliable, ...with a no-stick surface.  If you want it to last, do it right.  (X)

Style #4

Style 4 Fire (red)

Loud and obnoxious style.  Let this be a tribute to all those who fight our California wildfires.  (X)

Style #5

Style 5 Wood (brown)

Nice warm Earth-tones, ...ahhhh.  Promotes a sence of peace and security.  (X)

Style #6

Style 6 Nature (green)

A theme to remind us of great things in nature.  Reminds me of early morning mountains in the Northwest.  (X)

Style #7

Style 7 Barney (purple)

Here's one for the kids.  These colors have always been popular with young people.  (X)

Style #8

Style 8 Surf & Sky (blue)

Inspired by Southern California "surf culture".  It suits me on the weekend during the summer.  (X)

Style #9

Style 9 Rusty (teal)

Salty-air smells great, ...but eats metal.  Sometimes that's the price we pay on the coast.  (X)
