Over the summer I was invited to San Francisco to attend courses in film and media production at the Academy of Art University. It was an amazing experience that I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in.

It was sort of like attending ASU or NAU as a child but this time I was an adult and campus was the streets of downtown San Francisco. Without being too much of a tourist, I experienced amazing places, great food, nice people, fun times, and learned a lot from the program. At one time I had considered attending that school full-time with my younger brother, but he had already graduated and moved away. I did get to walk in his footsteps in many of the same buildings and even a few of the same instructors. I've been lucky enough to visit SFO a few times and each time has been amazing. It is a beautiful city with a whole lot of culture.
